CIAAF Zhengzhou Fair Recruits Premium Buyers Across Key Domestic Auto Aftermarket Cities

Ecat’s CIAAF Zhengzhou Fair dispatched outreach teams for nationwide facetoface buyer recruitment, covering Chongqing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Hubei and other major regions to introduce fair strengths and invite industry elites.
Launched in 2005, CIAAF Zhengzhou is a toptier national aftermarket expo and Central China’s leading industry benchmark, dubbed the aftermarket trend indicator. Operated by Ecat with 20 years of global exhibition experience, the 2026 show relocates to Zhongyuan International Convention & Exhibition Center (Zhengzhou Airport Zone) under the theme Connect Central Plains, Empower Smart Auto Aftermarket. It features 11 themed indoor halls plus outdoor zones covering the full industrial chain: interior goods, beauty & maintenance, workshop equipment, new energy aftersales and more, serving as a hub for launches, channel expansion and resource matching.
The field recruitment embodies Ecat’s goal of precise, resultdriven matchmaking for winwin cooperation.

The team connected with highend service chains and 4S groups in Beijing and Shanghai; surveyed repair & modification shops in ChengduChongqing markets; coordinated regional distributors in Hebei and Shandong auto parts hubs; and matched supporting procurement demands for OEMs like BYD and Yutong with new energy aftersales firms around Wuhan, covering all industrial channels to gather highquality buyers.
The team highlighted key upgrades: 120,000 sq.m exhibition space, 3,000 reputable exhibitors and over 200,000 expected professional visitors. Zhengzhou’s crisscross highspeed rail and international airport reach twothirds of major Chinese cities within 3 hours, accessing the trillionyuan aftermarket of six central provinces.
Staff resolved merchants’ questions on matchmaking efficiency and buyer benefits, collected procurement intentions and built detailed buyer files to support oneonone business meetings during the show.
Field visits boost brand exposure, collect frontline market feedback and identify booming segments: new energy vehicle aftersales, intelligent workshop gear and premium custom interiors. Collected market insights are shared with exhibitors to optimize product lines and booth strategies for better trade results.
The tour covered eight core aftermarket zones, contacting thousands of buyers and securing hundreds of purchase intentions, greatly lifting CIAAF’s industry reputation and solidifying its highquality visitor base.
Backed by Ecat’s 20year global exhibition network and a database of 300,000+ domestic and overseas buyers, the organizing committee also attracts audiences via association partnerships, bigdata marketing and targeted calling to guarantee highcaliber visitors and efficient business collaboration.
Onsite recruitment is ongoing, with teams continuing to explore more core markets and secure premium procurement resources.
The 24th China International Auto Aftermarket Fair runs June 26–28 at Zhongyuan International Convention & Exhibition Center. All aftermarket partners are welcome to gather in Zhengzhou to discuss trends, seize business opportunities and drive sound, highquality development of China’s auto aftermarket.
